HeatMate Convection Kerosene Heater
We bought this a couple years ago for emergencies, and I'm so glad we did! At 6:00 this morning, a huge section of the city lost power. It was 2 degrees out. The temp in our house started dropping quickly. I brought this in from the garage, put fresh batteries in it, and it fired right up. We have a 2000 sq ft home. I closed off 2 bedrooms, and this awesome heater managed to actually raise the temp by a couple degrees! Six hours later, when it was all of 8 degrees out, it was still warm inside, and fuel gauge had barely dropped. I'm glad we got power back so quickly, but we could have maintained for a long time with this heater. Great investment!
